Week 7

Week 7:

What is happening this week:

Monday:
*Tennis session Monday afternoon for our team. If your child has a racquet they can bring this, but please make sure it is named.

*ICAS Monday and Wednesday for those children that has already signed up for this.

Tuesday: School Photos, dress in your best!

Thursday:
*Tracker building Thursday, parent help would be great.
* Subway-order via KINDO

Friday: North Canterbury Kapahaka Friday at Ohoka. Everyone taking part in this needs to at school by 8:35am

Everyone has someone they look up to and everyone wants to be looked up to. Being a role model to others helps us chose the actions that we take and to make a change. This is a focus in our team at the moment. Ask your child who their role model is, you might be surprised.

Have a lovely weekend,

Our team has a tennis session on Monday 2nd September. If your child has their own racquets they can bring this along on the day.

Thank you again to every parent that put their name forward for parent help on camp. We had a whopping three times as many helpers as needed. We have sent home today police vetting forms for those parents who are coming on camp. For those that we can not take, we thank you for your support and wish that we could take you all.

Week 3

Kia ora koutou,

Things you need to know:

Term 3 goals: As you will have noticed, Seesaw has been busy with new posts. These posts are our focuses for the term and marking rubrics we will be using for those areas. If you have any questions about these, please let us know.

Ski notice: if a ski notice was brought home, some of you were missing a page. Here is the info that might have been missed:
Disco: This year's disco is on Friday, 9 August 6-8pm. The theme this year is Dancing Through the Decades - so pick your decade and find a costume to suit! Entry is $6 per child which includes a goody bag and with DJ Straya (Vikki) we promise great music, games and prizes for the most creative costumes. Clarkville students only at this event please and you will need to have your tea before you come as no outside food is allowed.

Please send your child with a named water bottle as we won't be providing bottles of water for the children again this year, this is to reduce waste.

Tickets will be sold prior to the disco via Kindo https://shop.tgcl.co.nz . Please purchase your child's ticket by midday on Friday, 9 August. There will be limited door sales so buying your ticket on Kindo will guarantee entry. You don't need to bring your Kindo confirmation with you, we will have a list at the door on the night.

If you have any questions about the disco please don't hesitate to get in touch with Krissie on 0274 782 114 or jewellerybykrissie@yahoo.co.nz .
